Our almost-two-week trip began as we went north through Idaho towards Dillon, Montana. For quite a few miles, we watched an interesting cross made by the jet contrails in the sky. I couldn't tell by looking at my camera whether I was capturing the cross or not, but it was there - good reason to download pictures onto the computer and get a good look at them.
This is the view of Lake Chelan from our balcony. This was a beautiful spot, and we enjoyed a little quiet time before the evening's get-together of Ron's U of Wash. Dental School alumni's 50th reunion.
