New Trellis for a Planter

I had a willow a-frame center-of-interest for this pot for my vines to climb on. Unfortunately, it demised this spring, so I was at a loss to replace it. I didn't want to spend $15 on a new one - besides, prices have probably gone up. My solution was to take some limbs from the pruning of my filbert tree - commonly called Harry Lauder's Walking Stick because of it's twisted branches. Morning glories do grow pretty quickly, and I'll confine their seeds to the pot I'm used to blue morning glories, but this purple color is good, roo.

That is a gorgeous color! I remember those curly branches from your Tumwater garden.
